From Interstate 85 South-

Take Exit 36 Brookshire Freeway/Highway 16 exit, Turn Left but stay in far right turn lane.
Turn Right on First road on right after overpass which is Honeywood Avenue.
You will come to a stop sign, go Straight over railroad tracks. Road name changes to Dupree Street. We are located just after B & R Body Shop, and before the old bakery at the end of the road. We have a water tower on our property.

FAQ for our Auctions

Q: Who can

bid, and what is

needed to

register?

A: Anyone outside of the Department of Justice, Advanced Bonded employees, and persons involved in the case from which the goods were seized, can bid with a valid drivers license, and it will be used in the registration process.
Q: Are there
reserve or minimum bids?
A: There is no set starting price, however the auctioneer will start at an amount that he/she expects the bidding to eclipse. Winning bid amount is per approval of the U.S. Marshal (who IS present).

Q: How do you

pick up the

merchandise?

A: At the day of the auction, a receipt will be given to each high bidder, and a day/time pick up will be verbally agreed on by each bidder.

Q: What are

the payment

terms?

A: 20 % cash or personal check is required from all winning bidders the day of the auction. Within three (3) business days, the full amount MUST be paid with either CASH or BANK CERTIFIED CHECK only.
